This is a tribe for those who WANT to get into shape, make vows to get in shape or *hit* the gym on a more regular basis. Yeah, fatty the only thing you're hittin' on are the greasy gut bombs. Don't be slacker. You need to work out once a day, even if it's just a 10 minute walk, and check in here. If you do not work your body, I'm gonna come to your house and work YOU! Get 'r DONE, People. It's good for your body. It's good for your bones, it's good for mental health.
